I've seen what happens when builders disappear halfway through a job, or when a quote turns into a moving target. That's not how I run things, and I've put it in writing so you don't have to take my word for it. This is what you can expect when you build with us, and what we'll do if we ever fall short.

TIME & PROGRAMME

We’ll give you a realistic understanding of the expected timing for your project and keep you informed as the work progresses. Building can come with moving parts, from weather to material availability. If something affects the timing, we’ll explain what’s changed, what it means for your job and how we’re working through it.

FINANCIAL CLARITY

We’ll explain the payment arrangements for your project upfront and provide as much detail as we can in our quotes and invoices, so you understand what you’re paying for. Any variations will be discussed and agreed to in writing before the additional work proceeds. If a decision affects the cost, we’ll talk it through with you first.

COMMUNICATION & TRANSPARENCY

You’ll have direct access to Tim and someone on site you can speak with about the work underway. We’ll keep you informed about progress, upcoming decisions and anything that may affect your project. Whether you have a quick question or something needs a proper conversation, we want you to feel comfortable asking.

QUALITY & WORKMANSHIP

We take pride in our work and use appropriately qualified and licensed trades. Before handover, we’ll check the work carefully and address anything that needs attention. If a defect does arise after completion, let us know. We’ll assess it promptly and work to put it right as soon as we can, keeping you informed along the way.

SITE STANDARDS & RESPECT

This is your property, and we’ll treat it with care. We aim to keep the site tidy, organised and safe, with consideration for your family, neighbours and everyday routines. Building work can be noisy and disruptive, but we’ll do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact and communicate about anything you need to prepare for.
