Tim Bayer is an outstanding builder. He has completed several projects for us across our veterinary clinics, most notably the Harrington Veterinary Service facility, and every project has been delivered to an exceptionally high standard.
One of Tim's greatest strengths is his communication. He keeps us informed throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience remarkably straightforward and enjoyable. His positive, can-do attitude means that no challenge is ever too difficult, and he adapts seamlessly when plans change or unexpected issues arise.
Tim is also very reasonably priced and makes every effort to stay within budget. If a variation or unforeseen expense arises, he discusses it openly and provides an estimate before proceeding, ensuring there are no surprises along the way.

Tim completed our kitchen, laundry and bathroom renovation which involved striping everything back to bare bones and knocking down a wall between the original laundry and bathroom to extend the bathroom. He also rebuilt the external stairs off the back veranda and changed the balustrade, built new stairs leading from the kitchen/dining to the second lounge, new linen cupboard and knocked a wall down in dining room to make it open plan.
Tim organized everything such as materials and extra trades that were needed.
Tim is also happy to help with layout and design if you’re not 100% sure and after letting him know what work you wanted done he would discuss with you the best way of doing the job that would achieve a final result that you are happy with.
We found Tim to be very respectful; he always cleaned up at the end of each day. He took pride in his work, was always reliable and communicated with you if there were any problems and how everything is going, he’s easy to deal with and always professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim for any renovation or build you may need.
